How does the DriveIQ CarPlay Screen work?

The DriveIQ screen connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or USB, giving you instant access to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Once paired, you can control navigation, calls, messages, music, and apps directly from the touchscreen — hands-free.


Is the DriveIQ screen compatible with all vehicles?

Yes. DriveIQ is universally compatible with any 12V–24V vehicle, including cars, trucks, vans, and RVs. If your vehicle has a power outlet or USB port, DriveIQ will work.


What devices does it support?

DriveIQ supports both Apple iPhones (iOS) and Android smartphones. It works wirelessly or via USB connection, depending on your phone and preference.


Does it support wireless CarPlay and Android Auto?

Yes. DriveIQ offers full wireless connectivity — no cables needed once paired. You can also connect via USB if you prefer a wired setup.


What is the screen size and resolution?

DriveIQ features a 7-inch full-HD touchscreen with smooth response, clear visuals, and wide viewing angles for safer, distraction-free driving.


Can I mirror my phone’s screen?

Yes. DriveIQ supports iOS and Android Mirror Link, allowing you to display your phone’s screen directly on the DriveIQ display — ideal for maps or media.


Does it include a backup camera?

Yes. Every DriveIQ unit includes a rear-view camera that automatically activates when reversing for clearer, safer parking.


How is it powered?

DriveIQ is plug-and-play. Mount it on your dashboard or windshield and power it through your 12V outlet (cigarette lighter) or USB port using the included cable — no professional installation or wiring required.


Does it have built-in speakers?

Yes. DriveIQ has built-in speakers, and you can also route audio through your car’s system via Bluetooth, FM transmission, or AUX for maximum sound quality.


Can I use voice commands?

Yes. DriveIQ integrates with Siri and Google Assistant, so you can control navigation, calls, music, and messages hands-free while keeping your focus on the road.


Is it waterproof or durable?

The included backup camera is waterproof and weather-resistant, built to withstand daily outdoor conditions.


How do I install the DriveIQ system?

Installation takes just a few minutes:

Where are orders shipped from?

All DriveIQ products ship from our Hong Kong warehouse, with tracking provided on every order.


How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and shipping typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, DriveIQ ships worldwide.


What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please see our Return & Refund Policy page for full instructions.


Does DriveIQ come with a warranty?

Yes. Every product is backed by a 12-month warranty covering manufacturer defects and hardware malfunctions.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, you’re eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs or import fees?

All prices are displayed tax-free in USD. Depending on your location, import duties and customs fees may apply upon delivery. These are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.


When will I receive my refund after returning an item?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned item. Funds are returned to your original payment method.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled, but you may return it after delivery for a refund.
